My good friend, Ed Drew has produced this video about how to approach Hallowe’en. It’s especially useful for parents.

This is really good.
Isn’t it! Good old Ed – and to think that for years as our apprentice he showed no promise whatsoever!

This is spot on – and great for adults working out how to respond as well!
Well done Ed:) i think i may just show this in church on Sunday. thanks for that! Nicky Morris
This is great thanks for putting it up. Did you do the set design Perks?!
Palframan you monkey – it’s minimalist! Ed’s interesting enough all on his own…
Topical stuff. Hallowe’en has been making some inroads in Australia too. Thanks
Interesting way of doing the Hallowe’en party, from a church in Bristol: http://www.ebe.org.uk/
They call it a “Bright Light Party” with music, games, apple bobbing, and a note:
“NO children dressed in black or as witches or ghosts, but please dress in party clothes, bright colours or in gold/silver.”
Seems a sensible way to do it.
